Wax Ring Carving Workshop 10th May 2023

Wednesday 10h May 2023, 6:00-8.30pm

Hosted by Bonnie and Brogan from Studio Adorn this workshop will teach you the skills to design and carve your own ring from jewellers wax. This ring will then be cast in recycled sterling silver using a process called 'Lost Wax Casting' before being hand finished by ourselves and sent back to you 4-5 weeks after class. Jewellers wax is lovely to work with allowing you to create designs that wire and sheet silver don't necessarily allow. During the class you will be given 2 waxes, 1 to practice and your final one. You may have both cast for an extra £40 if you wish.

There will will plenty of time during the workshops for any questions and one to one learning.

This workshop is approximately 2.5-3 hours long.

Tickets are non-refundable but if you can't make it please to get in contact and we will do our best to resell your ticket for you.

If for any reason the workshop is cancelled an alternative date will be offered. If this isn't suitable a refund will then be issued.
