Jewellery Delivery

All of our handmade jewellery pieces are made to order with a general lead time of 1-2 weeks. Our craft kits and gifting items are held in stock which allows our lead time to drop to 3-5 days. Orders containing a mix of items which be shipped together using the longer dispatch time.

If certain orders are needed at a much shorter notice please get in touch via our email and we will do our best to achieve this. All our jewellery can be ordered online.

Shipping

We ship world-wide using a tracked service, any international orders may be subject to customs or additional tax charges once the order reaches its destination. These charges are subject to be paid by the customer upon delivery.

In the unusual event of a lost item the customer is required to wait 15 working days for any UK address and 25 working days for any International address from the date of dispatch before a claim can be made. 

Cancellations

Due to the nature of our made to order pieces we do not accept order cancellations. If any changes are needed to be made to existing orders please get in touch via our email and we will do our best to assist you. 

Our Returns Policy

If you are looking to return your item(s) we are happy to either exchange or refund your order if returned within 14 days. Custom made and bespoke items are non-returnable. We cannot accept earrings as returns due to hygiene reasons.

How should items be returned?

All pieces of jewellery must be returned unworn, in their original packaging and must include the following:
  • Your full name, address and phone number
  • Order number
  • Returns address (If exchange required)
* Buyers are responsible for all costs incurred returning items. Returns must be posted with recorded delivery and proof of postage retained.
